On Wednesday, 25 March, the Sydney Community gathered at St Peter Chanel to celebrate the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord, marking the Virgin Mary’s YES to the Father and the beginning of God’s plan for our salvation. We also marked the 35th anniversary of Pierre Goursat’s return to the Father, a fitting occasion to remember that we exist as a community largely because of his own YES.

The evening began with a short reflection followed by Praise and Adoration. We were blessed to have Pierre, Marie-Ange and Christophe with us for this special celebration. The evening concluded with a joyful supper at the Presbytery and some outstanding cupcakes made by Hendra!
