Dear brothers and sisters,<\/em><\/p>\n

On Thursday March 25th of this year we will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the return to God of our founder Pierre Goursat.<\/em>
On this occasion, we are happy to inform you that Pierre Goursat’s Positio is finished. It was printed and delivered to the Congregation for the Causes of Saints at the beginning of February.<\/em>
The Positio is the official text constituted by the postulator of the Cause, who, as you know, is our brother, Fr. Francis Kohn.<\/em>
This is therefore a major step forward since it is this text which will now be the basis of the Church’s discernment in recognizing the heroic nature of the virtues and the reputation for holiness of Pierre Goursat.<\/em>
The next step, God willing, would be for Pierre to be declared \u2018Venerable.\u2019<\/em>
I thank Francis on behalf of you all and with him all those who have contributed to this exceptional work, notably Elisabeth Baranger and Sophie de Monteynard.<\/em>
I encourage you to say and make known the \u2018Prayer for the beatification of Pierre Goursat\u2019.<\/u><\/b><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

It is also important that we forward any testimonies that you may have on graces received through the intercession of Pierre.
