Among the persons appointed to this service is Jean-Luc Moens, member of the Emmanuel Community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/emmanuel.info\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/181128-Charis1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-59247 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/emmanuel.info\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/181128-Charis1-294x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"153\" srcset=\"https:\/\/emmanuel.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/181128-Charis1.png 294w, https:\/\/emmanuel.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/181128-Charis1-50x50.png 50w, https:\/\/emmanuel.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/181128-Charis1-200x204.png 200w, https:\/\/emmanuel.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/181128-Charis1-45x45.png 45w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a>Jean-Luc Moens, a member of the Emmanuel Community in Belgium, will be appointed moderator of CHARIS for a 3-year term. Born in 1951, married in 1974, he is the father of 7 children and grandfather of 11 grandchildren. Member of the Pontifical Council Cor Unum between 2007 and 2017, former director of Fidesco, he is a doctor of mathematics. He was also General Secretary for various New Evangelization congresses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Fr.
